Oklahoma Complete Health is the statewide managed care health plan running the SoonerSelect Children’s Specialty Program.
The Children’s Specialty Program is specifically designed for the following members:
- SoonerSelect Children's Specialty Program Eligible Children in Foster Care (FC)
- Designated Children in the custody of the Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA)
- Former Foster Child(ren) up to 25 (FFC)
- or Children Receiving Adoption Assistance (AA)
Children in foster care and those in the custody of OJA will enroll in the Children’s Specialty Program. Former foster children, those with a prevention case, and those receiving an adoption subsidy can enroll in another managed care plan if they choose.
